To identify players who demonstrate exceptional skills and have the potential to contribute the Van Isle Wave program, our technical leads work with the local club's technical directors throughout the Island. 

​The Van Isle Wave program holds open assessments.  Players are identified and invited through our scouting network. 

​Players coming from our Trident Development Program are on the internal pathway and player identification process.

​We will contact selected players to discuss their possible inclusion in the Van Isle Wave program.
